To secure your desired time at the spa, we kindly request that you reserve your treatment time prior to your arrival at the resort. Appointments are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with credit card.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive massage and body treatments, utilize the locker rooms, and the adult pool. Guests ages 13-17 may receive a facial service if accompanied by an adult during the full duration of the service.

If needing to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to the start of your scheduled treatment time to avoid being charged the full amount of your service and service charge.

To begin your spa experience in a relaxed state, we suggest that you arrive at least 30-minutes prior to your scheduled time. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers are provided for your comfort. Please note that should you arrive late; your treatment will end as scheduled.

Included with all spa services are men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam rooms, and co-ed relaxation lounge with light refreshments.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and honor the other guests, we ask that you keep conversation to a whisper and silence or turn off your cell phone or other electrical devices before entering the spa.

For your convenience, a 22% service charge is added to the price of your services, additional gratuities are at the guests’ discretion and may be added upon request.
