Guests are welcome to enjoy the property if they arrive early and after they check out.

Best Flexible Rate: A deposit equal to the first night room rate, resort fee and tax will be charged at time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due at departure.

Prepay and Save Rate: A deposit equal to the first night room rate, resort fee and tax will be charged at time of reservation.  The deposit will be nonrefundable and the remaining balance will be due at departure.

All Other Discounts & Packages: Deposit required varies by rate plan. Please contact our Reservation Team at (844) 489-9664 to verify the deposit policy for the rate plan you would like to reserve.

*Please note that the credit or debit card used to make the reservation will need to be presented at arrival. During check-in, an authorization will be made on the card equal to the remaining balance due plus $200 per night for incidentals. This authorization is released at departure by the hotel but may take up to 5-10 business days to return to your account at the discretion of your card provider.

Best Flexible Rate: Reservation must be cancelled or modified 72 hours prior to 4:00pm EDT on arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room rate, resort fee and tax. A No-Show results in forfeit of deposit and cancellation of reservation. Early Departure will result in penalty equal to departure night room rate, resort fee and tax.

Prepay and Save: Reservations are non-refundable from time of booking. If this reservation is cancelled, a refund will not be issued. Stay dates and room rates are final from time of booking. Requests to modify stay dates or room rates will not be honored. A No-Show will result in forfeit of full deposit and cancellation of reservation. Early Departure will result in penalty of all remaining room nights' room rates, resort fees and taxes.

All Other Discounts & Packages: Cancellation terms vary by rate plan. Please contact our Reservation Team at (844) 489-9664 to verify the cancellation terms for the rate plan you would like to reserve. 

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. 

We have a designated smoking area by our Tiki Bar. To mitigate risks and as a courtesy to other guests, smoking is not permitted in other areas including the balconies or patios.

We are proud to offer limited dog-friendly accommodations at Cheeca Lodge, making us one of the top Florida Keys pet-friendly resorts.

Our dog-friendly room types are the Golf View Double Queen Rooms and Golf View 1-Bedroom King Suites, based on availability at time of booking.

• Maximum of 2 dogs, 70lb weight limit per dog
• Signed pet waiver due at arrival

Please note, dogs are limited to specific outdoor areas on property. Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in rooms. Please no dogs in the common areas including lobby, restaurants, spa, pools and beach. For the safety of our guests, dogs must be leashed and demonstrate good behavior. 

Service animals are always welcome at no additional charge, in all room types and in all resort areas. Service animals must be trained to perform a service.

The Spa offers massages, facials & skincare, body treatments, body scrubs, Cheeca's signature treatments, wellness classes and a variety of Spa packages. For Salon hair services, the Concierge will happily recommend nearby salons and arrange appointments for you. 

Our Concierge can arrange all activities, including backcountry and deep-sea fishing trips. Note: We book all trips with the local marinas and work to find the most knowledgeable and experienced captains to meet your needs.

Guests are encouraged to fish off our legendary pier. Fishing poles and licenses are available through Guest Adventures and are provided as part of the resort fee. Bait is available for purchase from Guest Adventures. Tackle needs are the responsibility of the guest but there are numerous tackle shops nearby.

Boat and trailer parking is available for resort guests but reservations are required. Please call 305.517.4446 to make your reservation.

At Camp Cheeca*, kids enjoy activities such as fishing off Cheeca's pier, arts and crafts, scavenger hunts, group games and beach exploration.

We are happy to offer Pack n' Play to guests with small children. We strongly recommend reserving in advance to ensure availability.

All guests and visitors are welcome to take candid photos (using their own personal cameras or smart phones), but we do not allow professional photographers to work on-site without required fees and insurance.
