Resort Fee and Cancellation Policy

Resort Fee
The following water sports activities are included in the daily resort fee.

Kayaks and Paddle Boats
We do not take reservations for the boats, but guests must sign the boats out at the Water Sports Tiki Hut prior to use. We offer the boats seasonally from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm

Fishing Rods
We leave the rods out all night for our guests. During hours of operation we sell frozen bait for $4.50 per bag. We encourage guests to buy bait at the Trading Post after hours. The Trading Post is directly across Overseas Highway from the Cheeca Lodge entrance.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of a group reservation within 7 days of the event, 50% of the agreed prices must be paid. Group cancellations within 3 days of the event will be charged 100% of the agreed prices. If Cheeca Watersports cancels the trip because of weather or equipment failure, a full refund will be given to the client.
