You are seated on the palm-lined beach, perhaps under one of resort’s quaint island tiki huts. The nearby fire pit blazes. Tiki torches light up the night. Your table is set with white linens, crystal and china tableware, and tropical flowers. The dancing light of candles completes this romantic setting.
Your server appears right on time, offering the same unobtrusive yet efficient service that has made the Atlantic’s Edge restaurant world-renowned. Now it’s time to choose from the elaborate menu, and the choices make your mouth water. Start with a tantalizing appetizer, such as Seared Diver Scallops with Mango Ginger Puree and Plum Citrus Glaze. Sit back and relax as the ocean waters turn a brilliant shade of blue. Now for the main course: will it be Pan Seared Florida Grouper, Cast Iron Seared Ribeye, or the Yellowtail Snapper you caught yourself this afternoon?
